The Staff Nurse assists the health care team in a professional manner in the community health center setting. Responsibilities include administering quality nursing care, immunizations and health education to patients of all ages in accordance with established nursing standards; working with all health center personnel as a mentor to ensure an efficient and safe environment of care.
The CMA is part of a team that synchronizes patient, clinician, equipment, supplies, educational materials and records to insure a successful and valuable visit. The CMA’s responsibilities are related to patient care, clerical, exam room preparation and organizational. Great Benefits and competitive salary
The Center’s Clinical Coordinator collaborates with the clinical team to identify, evaluate and prioritize patient/family needs to develop a care plan. Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in nursing required with a strong informatics background preferred.
HR Administrative Assistant
The Human Resources Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing both HR-specific and general Administrative/Clerical support.
The Administrative Assistant is responsible for performing a wide variety of office support and clerical duties and activities of a general nature in support of the administrative staff.
Chief Medical Officer
The Center’s Chief Medical Officer (CMO) is responsible for the delivery of quality medical care to patients of the Center, the CMO functions as a member of the multi-disciplinary health care team within the scope of their medical practice, but also oversees other clinicians and provides clinical direction at the Center.
Family Medicine Physician
The Staff Physician is primarily responsible for providing medical services for the patients of Amistad Community Health Center Inc., in addition, the Physician may be directed by the Medical Director to perform other duties in accordance with funding agencies requirements, contractual agreements, and policies, procedures, and protocols established by the Amistad Community Health Center Board of Directors.
Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner
The Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner provides psychiatric services and consultation in an integrated primary care, Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH) setting.
Under direction of the Medical Director, provides professional pediatric care at the Amistad Community Health Center, a federally qualified health center (FQHC).
