Amistad Community Health Center is seeking a Family Medicine Provider to deliver compassionate, comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Responsibilities include preventive care, diagnosis and treatment of acute and chronic conditions, patient education, coordinated care, and accurate clinical documentation in support of accessible, high-quality community health services.
