The Pediatric Patient Access Representative is responsible for greeting pediatric patients and families, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance, answering phones, collecting patient information, processing registrations, and providing excellent customer service while supporting pediatric clinic operations.

The Pediatric Medical Assistant supports pediatric providers by rooming patients, taking vital signs, documenting patient information, assisting with clinical procedures, preparing exam rooms, administering approved treatments as directed, and providing compassionate care to children and families.

The Patient Access Representative is responsible for performing customer service functions, registering patients, scheduling appointments, answering phones, initiating insurance verification, collecting payments, processing medical records, and ensuring a positive patient experience.

The Referral Specialist coordinates patient referrals to specialty providers and outside services, manages referral documentation, communicates with patients and providers, and ensures continuity of care. Medical Assistant experience is preferred.
