Our Programs and Classes

Chronic Disease Self-Management

You might have a chronic disease, but it doesn’t have to define you. We can show you ways to deal with your condition and feel more confident about taking care of yourself and staying active. Classes are taught in English and Spanish.

First Steps

First Steps supports pregnant women and newborn babies in Washington by showing you how to use medical, social, educational, and other local resources that can help during your pregnancy.

Los Niños Bien Educados

This program helps Spanish-speaking parents help their kids do better in school and avoid child abuse or neglect.

Maternity Case Management

Our Maternity Case Management program gives Oregon women at-home or in-office access to a Community Health Nurse, a Behavioral Health Specialist, a Community Health Worker, and a Registered Dietitian during pregnancy and after delivery.

Parents as Teachers

Parents as Teachers lets you learn helpful tips from other parents who have already faced some of the issues you’re dealing with.

WIC Program

Nutrition for woman and child. The Women, Infants, and Children (WIC) service is a health and nutrition program that helps mothers and kids ages 5 or younger get food, health care, and nutrition education.

Mobile Health Units

Mobile health care services. Our Mobile Medical and Dental Services deliver health care and educational help to people who live in remote areas and have little access to services.

Reach out & Read

Read to your child every day. The Reach Out and Read program shows parents how much reading to their kids can help them learn.

Prescription Assistance

Help paying for medication. Our Prescription Assistance works with family doctors and agencies to help you apply for pharmaceutical assistance programs (PAP).

Asthma

Our Asthma Programs provide free education and support to help you improve the conditions that effect your asthma.
