Welcome to Amistad Pediatrics, a unit of Amistad Community Health Center! We are dedicated to providing family-centered, quality healthcare for children from birth to 18. We offer comprehensive pediatric and adolescent care including well-child check-ups, immunizations, sick appointments, minor procedures, mental health care, and adolescent medicine.
We know life is busy, so here at Amistad we offer convenient appointments during regular business hours as well as extended hours available, we work to get your child in for same-day appointments as needed.

If your child was premature please call the office to find out the right ASQ to fill out since the age will need to be adjusted for premature infants. Please fill out an age-appropriate ASQ form for your child’s Well Child Check.
